What is a lead unlock?

A lead contains a real person's name, phone number, property requirement and budget. When you unlock a lead, you see their full contact details and can call them directly. You only pay to unlock leads you choose to contact.

Can two agents unlock the same lead?

Yes — multiple agents can unlock the same lead. The property seeker benefits from speaking to multiple agents and choosing who they prefer. However, Premium agents who call first have a significantly higher conversion rate.

What happens to unused monthly credits?

Credits reset on the 1st of each month. They do not carry forward. We'll send you a reminder email before month-end so you can make the most of your allocation.

Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?

Upgrades take effect immediately — your new credits and access tier activate right after payment is confirmed. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month.

What cities are covered?

We cover 300+ cities across all 36 states and union territories in India, with 970+ localities for major metros. New cities are added regularly. If your city isn't listed, contact us and we'll add it within 48 hours.

Is there a refund policy?

Subscription months are non-refundable once payment is processed. However, unused monthly credits are honoured till month-end. For any payment issues, contact us directly on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
