1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infratyke (infratyke.com), operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Infratyke is a real estate lead marketplace. Property seekers post enquiries; verified real estate agents pay to access and contact those seekers. We do not provide real estate brokerage services directly.

3. Agent Accounts

• Agents must provide accurate professional information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that misrepresent professional status.
• One account per individual or firm. Do not share login credentials.

4. Property Seekers

• By submitting an enquiry, you consent to verified agents on Infratyke contacting you about your stated requirement.
• You must provide accurate contact information. Fake or invalid enquiries may be flagged as spam.
• Infratyke does not guarantee that you will receive a satisfactory offer or close a transaction.

5. Lead Data and Unlocks

• Lead contact details are masked until an agent pays to unlock them.
• Unlocked lead data may only be used to contact the seeker about their stated property requirement.
• Using lead data for any other commercial purpose — including resale, cold calling unrelated services, or adding to external databases — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Multiple agents may unlock the same lead. We do not guarantee exclusivity.

6. Billing and Refunds

• Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• Monthly credits (free unlocks) expire at month-end and do not carry forward.
• Per-lead unlock charges are non-refundable after the lead contact details are revealed.
• For genuine payment errors, contact us within 7 days via the contact form.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: scrape or automate data extraction; attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms; submit fake enquiries; harass other users; or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate real estate activity.

8. Liability Limitations

Infratyke is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality of advice given by agents, the accuracy of property information, or the outcome of transactions between agents and seekers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first.
